Xavier Announces 2019-20 Reading Program Presented by Kroger

CINCINNATI - Xavier Athletics has announced the details for the Xavier Musketeers Reading Program presented by Kroger for the 2019-20 school year. Schools can sign up now through Wednesday, Aug. 21.

The Xavier Musketeers Reading Program presented by Kroger was established to encourage students in grades 8 and under in the Greater Cincinnati area to read more and have fun doing it! The program is free for schools to participate. Teachers can sign up individual classes or their entire school in the program. The school that has the most students participate will be crowned the Xavier Musketeers Reading Program School of the Year! The winning school will receive a donation check for their school's library.

Students who read 10 books will receive the following prizes:

Xavier membership card good for five (5) admissions to men's soccer, volleyball, women's soccer, women's basketball and baseball during the 2020-21 season.
MVP Ribbon
Xavier pen & pencil
Xavier wristband
Two (2) tickets to a Xavier Women's basketball game
Entered into a raffle to win two (2) tickets to a Xavier Men's Basketball game (Date TBD).
