Round two was paused due to darkness on Monday night
KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Xavier women's golf wrapped up one round of golf on Monday at the Palmetto Intercollegiate hosted by the College of Charleston. The two-day tournament is being held at Kiawah Island Resort – Turtle Point.
The second round was unable to be finished on Monday due to darkness and will be completed on Tuesday morning prior to the start of the third and final round. Day two action will begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start. Round three will start immediately after the conclusion of round two with the same pairings from rounds one and two.
The Musketeers posted an 18-hole score of 286 (-2), ranking tied for fourth in a field of 16 teams.
East Carolina's Julie Boysen Hillestad recorded an 18-hole score of 67 (-5) to rank first in a field of 86 golfers.
