Jack Wertz placed tied for 29th to pace the Musketeers

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - Xavier men's golf wrapped up action at the Mountaineer Invitational on Tuesday evening. The two-day tournament was played at Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport, W.Va.

The Musketeers recorded a 54-hole score of 894 (+30), ranking ninth out of 12 teams.

NC State won the tournament with a 54-hole score of 855 (-9). West Virginia's Mark Goetz won the individual title, placing first in a field of 72 golfers with a 54-hole score of 202 (-14).
