CLEVELANDÂ - Men's and women's swimming wrapped up day one at CSU Magnus Cup on Thursday evening, and will be back in action with prelims starting on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. at Busbey Natatorium.

 WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS |
- Xavier's A-Team of Molly Dynda, Alexis Worrall, Clare Bosse and Kali Fischer placed sixth in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:34.43.
- Lydia Schaeffer earned a spot in the A-Final of the 50 breast, finishing in 30.00.
- Tilly Baldwin's time of 5:03.47 in the 500 free was the top time by a Musketeer.
- Kali Fischer set a new school record time in the 200 IM, finishing in 2:02.26 to place fifth in the A Final. She bested her own school record of 2:02.84, set at last season's BIG EAST Championships.
- Alexis Worrall's time of 23.74 led Xavier in the 50 free.
- Xavier's women closed out the first day with a time of 3:49.12 in the 400 medley relay for Kali Fischer, Lydia Schaeffer, Hannah Pugh and Alexis Worrall.
- Xavier is in fifth place with 202 points

 MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS |
- Ethan Saunders, Ethan Wing, Andrew Martin and Christian Thomas led the meet off for the Musketeer men with a second-place finish in the 200 free relay.
- Ethan Saunders was one of four Musketeers in the A-Final of the 50 breast, placing third with a time of 25.43. Saunders also led Xavier in the 50 free with a time of 21.15.
- Brett Wilson's time of 4:39.96 led Xavier in the 500 free.
- Michael Benington led three Musketeers in the A-Final of the 200 IM with a time of 1:51.76, placing fifth.
- Christian Thomas, Ethan Saunders, Caleb Petranchuk and Andrew Martin placed third in the 400 medley relay with a time o4 3:18.65.
- Xavier is in second place with 333 points.
