Chloe Netzel Earns Spot on BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Netzel scored her fourth goal of the season in 2-1 win over Creighton
NEW YORK - After helping Xavier to a 1-0-1 week last week, sophomore Chloe Netzel was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday afternoon.
Netzel, a forward from St. Louis, Mo., scored from Ella Rogers in the seventh minute against Creighton on Sunday, giving Xavier the 1-0 lead in the eventual 2-1 win. The goal was her fourth of the season, bringing her point total to nine for the season, with both marks ranking second on the team.
Xavier, which is 12-2-4 overall and unbeaten in BIG EAST play at 6-0-3, clinched the No. 2 seed in the BIG EAST Championship with Sunday's win over Creighton. The Musketeers up regular season play on Thursday, October 27, traveling to Milwaukee, Wis., to face Marquette, set for an 8:00 p.m ET start.
