Women's Golf Concludes Fall Season, Wins Charlotte Invitational

Emma McMyler shared medalist honors with James Madison's Kendall Turner
CONCORD, N.C. - Xavier women's golf won the Charlotte Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 25. The two-day tournament was held at Cabarrus Country Club in Concord, N.C.
Xavier posted a 54-hole score of 889 (+25), finishing six strokes ahead of Cal Poly and James Madison who tied for second place (895, +31). The tournament had 12 participating teams.
Individually, Emma McMyler shared co-medalist honors with James Madison's Kendall Turner. Both players hit 218 (+2) in a field of 73 golfers.
McMyler now has 13 career top-10 finishes as a Musketeer with four medalist performances. Â
Xavier now has 10 top-two finishes dating back to the spring of 2021 (six tournament titles; four runner-up finishes).
