CINCINNATI - Xavier men's golf continues its fall season by playing host to the Xavier Invitational on Oct. 10-11. The two-day tournament is being held at TPC River's Bend in Maineville, Ohio.

• Xavier placed sixth (out of 14 teams) at the UConn Invitational on Oct. 4. The three-day tournament was held at GreatHorse in Hampden, Mass. The Musketeers finished the tournament with a score of 900 (+36).
• Sophomore Mason Witt posted his first career top-10 finish, placing tied for eighth (222, +6) in a field of 78 golfers.Â
• St. John's won the tournament with a score of 885 (+21), while Seton Hall finished four strokes (889, +25) behind the Red Storm to take runner-up honors.

• Xavier posted three top-five finishes during the 2021-22 season. The Musketeers placed fourth at both the Valparaiso Invitational (Sept. 20-21) and the NKU The Jewell (April 10-11).Â
• The Musketeers return all five golfers who participated in the BIG EAST Championships on April 25-27. Michael Prebles paced the squad with a 21st place finish (219, +3).
• Xavier welcomes three newcomers to the team: Carson Bellish, Zach Burton and Félix-Antoine Levasseur.
• Brian Arlinghaus enters year two at the helm of the program after being hired on June 18, 2021. He joined the Musketeers after serving as the head men's golf coach at Wright State from 2017-21. He was an assistant coach with the Raiders for two seasons (2015-17) before being promoted to head coach.Â
