Xavier Swimming Puts 19 on the All-BIG EAST Team

NEW YORK – Xavier Swimming had 19 Musketeers among the 92 swimming & diving student-athletes who were named to the All-BIG EAST team on Wednesday after their performances at the 2022 BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships presented by Jeep at Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, N.Y.

The ALL-BIG EAST squad is comprised of BIG EAST competitors who finished in the top three in any individual or relay event at the championships.

Kali Fischer led the Xavier women with five All-BIG EAST finishes, while Clara Keiser and Alexis Worrall each earned the honor in a pair of events.

On the men's side Andrew Martin and Christian Thomas had six All-BIG EAST finishes and Ethan Saunders earned all-conference honors in five events.

Xavier took second place of five squads on the men's side and third of seven teams on the women's during the 2022 BIG EAST Swimming & Diving Championships.
