Xavier Falls to No. 9 Purdue in Three Set Match

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Xavier fell to No. 9 Purdue in three sets (19-25, 17-25, 13-25) on Saturday afternoon. The Musketeers now have a 5-3 record while the Boilermakers move to 7-1.

• Carrigan O'Reilly posted five digs, three kills and 24 assists. The senior setter pushed her career assist total to 2,403 with today's effort.
• Junior middle blocker Hunter Fry and sophomore outside hitter Emma Grace each tallied up the only block assists for the squad with two apiece.
• Grace was also the only member of the squad to deal up a service ace against the ranked Boilermakers. The outside hitter also recorded the team high of eight kills and managed 11 digs in the three set match.
• Sophomore libero Lucia Corsaro tallied up 13 digs to bring her weekend total to 26.
