Musketeers Place 13th at Bearcat Invitational

CINCINNATI - Xavier men's golf placed 13th at the Bearcat Invitational on Tuesday evening. The two-day tournament was hosted by Cincinnati at Coldstream CC.

Xavier posted a 54-hole score of 890 (+38). Individually, Mason Witt placed tied for 44th with a score of 221 (+8) to lead the Musketeers.

The host Bearcats won the tournament with a 54-hole score of 845 (-7). They defeated runner-up UNCG by one stroke (846, -6).

Cincinnati's Sam Jean took home the medalist honors as the senior hit 206 (-7). Teammate Ty Gingerich took home runner-up honors as the junior hit six-under-par (207).
