CINCINNATI - Xavier cross country continues its season at the Falcon Invite on Friday, Oct. 13. The meet is being hosted by Bowling Green at the Mel Brodt Cross Country Course.
The Xavier men are competing in the 8K race at 4:30 p.m., followed by the women's 6K race at 5:15 p.m.

• Xavier competed at the Live in Lou Classic on Sept. 30. The Xavier men placed seventh, while the women finished 13th.
• The meet was hosted by the Louisville Sports Commission at E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park. The Xavier women competed in the College Gold 5K Race, while the men raced in the College Blue 8K Race.
• Jamie Klavon placed 21st to pace the women's squad, posting a time of 17:30.80 - the fourth fastest time in school history. Will Garey paced the men's team with a 22nd-place finish, recording a time of 25:16.40.

• Xavier returns four of its top-seven women's finishers from the 2022 BIG EAST Championships: Jamie Klavon (32nd), Ashleigh Prugh (41st), Grace Zdankiewicz (46th) and Annie Sinning (52nd). The team placed seventh at the championship meet.
• The Musketeers also return five runners on the men's side from the 2022 BIG EAST Championships in Trevor Nolan (31st), Aiden Amshoff (52nd), Eric Board (53rd), Jackson Triplett (54th) and Will Garey (57th). The men also placed seventh at the meet.
• Xavier competed at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30) for the third time in as many seasons. The Musketeers also returned to the All-Ohio Challenge (Sept. 15) for the first time since 2019.
• Xavier opened the season at the Vic Godfrey Open (Pre-BIG EAST Championships) on Sept. 2. The same running course will be used for the conference championships on Oct. 28.
