CINCINNATIΒ - Mackayla Scarlett scored a career-high 25 points on Saturday afternoon as the Musketeers dropped a 73-64 home game to Bowling Green at Cintas Center.
The Musketeers drop to 0-4 on the year, while the FalconsΒ improve to 2-1.

β’ Mackayla Scarlett scored a career-high 25 points on 9-for-16 shooting. She was also 4-for-7 from behind the arc and was 3-for-3 from the foul line.
β’ Nila Blackford added 10 points on 5-for-8 shooting. The forward also grabbed a team-high eight rebounds and dished out three assists.
β’ Kaysia Woods chipped in seven points, while Aby Shubert drained a pair of three pointers.Β Daniela López finished with four points and three rebounds.
β’ Xavier posted a .464 field-goal percentage (26-for-56) and went 7-for-23 from behind the arc. The Musketeers were also 5-for-6 from the foul line.
