Stephen Crossman Named Director of the All For One Fund

CINCINNATI - Stephen Crossman was named the Director of the All For One Fund on Wednesday afternoon. Crossman has worked at Xavier since 2019.

"We're excited to keep Stephen at Xavier and promote him into a new role in the athletics department," said Associate Athletics Director for Development Seth Breitenstein. "Stephen has built tremendous rapport with our season ticket holders, donors and fans. He has played an integral part in our seat selection process and other fundraising initiatives.

"I'm excited for Stephen to grow in this new role and enhance our fundraising efforts in the All For One Fund."

Crossman was the Director of Premium Seating from 2022-24, overseeing all hospitality and premium seating options. He assisted in managing nearly 4,000 season-ticket holder accounts and was responsible for $200,000 in generated ticket revenue. Crossman also supervised a full-time ticketing staff member and the intern staff.

The Cincinnati, Ohio, native joined the Musketeers in the January of 2019 as a Ticket Sales Manager until his promotion to Director of Premium Seating in July of 2022.

Prior to Xavier, Crossman worked as account executive for IMGL at West Virginia University from 2016-18. He also served as assistant director for marketing and sales at Ohio University (2015-16) and was a marketing intern for the Bobcats from 2014-15.

Crossman was also a marketing assistant for the Dayton Dragons in 2013. He earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from Ohio University in May of 2015.
