Women’s Basketball Adds Vivien Nejašmic to 2024-25 Roster

The guard joins the Musketeers from Split, Croatia
CINCINNATI - Xavier women's basketball head coach Billi Chambers has announced the addition of Vivien Nejašmic to the 2024-25 roster. The 6-foot guard joins the Musketeers from Split, Croatia.
"Vivien's experience with the Croatian National Team will lend well to her transition into our program," said Chambers. "She has performed at a high level, had experience playing multiple positions and is ready to come in and contribute to our immediate success. We are thrilled to be adding a player of her caliber this late in the recruiting process."
Nejašmić played in four games for Croatia at the 2024 U20 European Championships, averaging 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. She added 10 assists, six steals and three blocks. She helped the team post a 3-1 record at the tournament.
Nejašmić played in the Croatia-Premijer Liga for Team Medvescak during the 2023-24 season. She played in 25 games, averaging 15.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Nejašmić posted a .462 field-goal percentage, while averaging 2.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
