Toole Earns All-BIG EAST Honors, Women Post Highest Finish Since 2019

Myla Toole is the first female Musketeer to earn All-BIG EAST honors since 2021
ASHLAND, Neb. - Xavier cross country competed at the BIG EAST Championships presented by JEEP on Friday afternoon at Mahoney State Park. The Championships were co-hosted by Creighton University and the Omaha Sports Commission.
Senior Myla Toole highlighted the meet, finishing 15th in the Women's 6K Race in a time of 20:31.78 - the fourth fastest time in school history. The Winchester, Ohio, native earned All-BIG EAST Honors with the top-20 finish, becoming the first female Musketeer to earn all-conference honors since 2021 (Rachel Butler).
The Xavier women finished fifth (out of 11 teams), matching the team's highest finish at the conference championship since 2019. The Xavier men finished seventh (out of nine teams), respectively.
