Xavier Announces Indoor Track and Field Schedule

CINCINNATI - Xavier head track coach Sam Burroughs announced the 2025-26 indoor track schedule on Friday. The Musketeers open the season on Dec. 6 at the Tiger Invitational.

Dec. 6 - Tiger Open - Springfield, Ohio
Jan. 23 - PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic - Louisville, Ky.
Jan. 31 - John Thomas Terrier Classic - Boston, Mass.
Feb. 6-7 - Fairgrounds Invitational - Indianapolis, Ind.
Feb. 13-14 - Music City Challenge - Nashville, Tenn.
Feb. 21 - Wittenberg Invite - Springfield, Ohio
Feb. 27-28 - BIG EAST Championships - Chicago, Ill.

NOTABLES

Xavier recorded 18 top-10 performances in school history at the 2025 BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 1 at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Indoor Track and Field Center in Chicago.
The Musketeers return all four members (Grant Coughlin, Brock Harris, Edvards Kamaruts and Jaiden Lailson) of the men's 4x400 relay team that established the school record in the event last season (3:16.77).
The Xavier men also return Chris Lucas who recorded the fourth fastest time in the one-mile run last season, posting a time of 4:08.80.
On the women's side, the Musketeers return all four members of the 4x800 team that posted the second fastest time in school history. Samantha Erbach, Eilee Ossont, Myla Toole and Grace Zdankiewicz posted a time of 9:02.46 in the event.
Xavier is competing at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic and the Music City Challenge for the third time in as many seasons.
