SEDONA, Ariz. - Xavier women's golf placed tied for ninth at the Red Rocks Invitational on March 16. The tournament was played at Oakcreek Country Club.
The three-day tournament was shorted to only 18 holes due to inclement weather.
The Musketeers posted a score of 298 (+10). Grand Canyon hit 288 (E) to win the tournament, finishing one stroke ahead of Northern Arizona (289, +1). The field had 19 teams.
Individually, Madison Reemsnyder placed tied for sixth (71, -1) in a field of 112 golfers.
Ellena Slater (Northern Arizona) took home medalist honors, finishing three-under-par (69).
