Men's Basketball Announces Complete 2025-26 Non-Conference Schedule

Exhibition game vs. Murray State added on Xavier University Family Weekend.
CINCINNATI --- Xavier University Athletics announced the complete 2025-26 men's basketball non-conference schedule presented by TriHealth, including the exhibition opener against Murray State on Saturday, Oct. 18, during Xavier University's Family Weekend. The regular season opener of the Richard Pitino Era is set for Monday, Nov. 3 vs. Marist, a 20-game winner last season.
Xavier's matchups in the Charleston Classic for Nov. 21 and Nov. 23 will be announced later this month. That field also includes Clemson, Georgia and West Virginia. In addition to the trip to Charleston, the 12-game non-conference slate includes a Friday, Nov. 14 game at Iowa and nine home games beginning with the Oct. 18 exhibition. One of the highlights of the 2025-26 home schedule is the annual Skyline Chili Crosstown Shootout vs. Cincinnati on Friday, Dec. 5.
The BIG EAST schedule, which includes home and away games against each league opponent, is traditionally released in September. The 20 league games include six games against teams that are on most preseason top 25 lists, Creighton, UConn and St. John's. The latter two have been listed in many top five and top 10 lists.
2025-26 SEASON TICKETS
Xavier University men's basketball season tickets are now on sale to the general public for the 2025-26 season. Tickets can be purchased through GoXavier.com and the Xavier Athletics Ticket Office.
Season tickets are the best way to guarantee your seat to the Crosstown Shootout, St. John's, UConn and Creighton, starting at just $310. Season ticket holders can enjoy great seats in a variety of locations. Lower bowl seats are limited, but great upper bowl seating options are available. Premium seating gets you closer to all the action, which includes low rows in the upper level and remaining lower bowl seats.
Season ticket holders receive the same seat to all home games at Cintas Center and earn Musketeer Points which determine ticket priority for purchasing other tickets, including the 2026 BIG EAST Men's Basketball Championship at Madison Square Garden.
Exhibition note: The 18-game season ticket package does not include the exhibition game on Oct. 18, but season ticket holders will receive information later this summer on their priority purchasing rights to that game.
