Musketeers travel to Miami (Ohio) to face RedHawks and Kenyon on Saturday

CINCINNATI - Men's and women's swimming traveled across town on Friday afternoon, facing the Cincinnati Bearcats at the Keating Aquatic Center to open up the weekend.

Xavier will be back in the pool tomorrow afternoon, traveling to Oxford, Ohio, to face Miami (Ohio) and Kenyon at Corwin M. Nixon Aquatic Center, set for a 1:00 p.m. start.

WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

Abby Bocian, Karlie Dodd, Norah Simich and Olivia Oyster opened the meet with a time of 1:46.14 in the 200 medley relay, placing second.
Teegan Madara set a time of 10:27.63 in the 1000 free, placing third. She also led Xavier in the 500 free, finihsing in 5:10.07 to place second.
Olivia Oyster took first in the 200 free with a time of 1:51.68.
Ryon Argo's time of 25.21 led Xavier in the 50 free.
Emma Tenhundfeld set a time of 2:08.19 in the 200 IM, placing second.
Ella Maxfield led Xavier in the 100 fly with a time of 59.35.
Maggie O'Toole placed second in the 100 back with a time of 58.00.
Parker Mandacina's time of 1:05.80 led the Musketeers and place third in the 100 breast.
Sydney Smith, Abbey Fish, Norah Simich and Olivia Oyster closed out the meet with a time of 1:37.17 in the 200 free relay, placing second.
Xavier fell by a final score of 150-52 on the women's side.

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

Matt Fralic, Brayden Mandacina, Aiden Leamer and Sean McGinley placed second in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:32.82.
Ethan Leamer set a time of 9:46.42 in the 1000 free to lead the Musketeers.
Colin Jordan led Xavier in the 200 free, finishing in a time of 1:48.38.
Kyle Hudson placed third in the 50 free with a time of 21.10.
Nate Finnegan's time of 1:55.12 in the 200 IM placed third.
Aiden Leamer took first in the 100 fly with a time of 49.88.
Matthew Adanin's time of 47.86 in the 100 free led the Musketeers.
Sean McGinley led Xavier int he 100 back with a time of 52.58.
Luke Peterson placed second in the 500 free with a time of 4:40.83.
Brayden Mandacina's time of 58.94 in the 100 breast led the Musketeers.
Xavier's men capped off the meet with a first place finish in the 200 free relay, with Sean McGinley, Matthew Adanin, Aiden Leamer and Kyle Hudson setting a time of 1:22.68
The Musketeers fell by a final score of 147-58 on the men's side.
