Women’s Basketball Signs Hila Karsh to 2026-27 Roster

The guard spent the 2025-26 season at Purdue
CINCINNATI - Xavier head women's basketball coach Billi Chambers announced the addition of Hila Karsh to the 2026-27 roster on Thursday.
Karsh spent the 2025-26 season at Purdue. The 5-foot-8 guard played in 30 games, making 15 starts – becoming the 31st freshman in school history to start 50 percent or more games.
"Hila is perfect fit for how we play - a knockdown shooter, high IQ, and thrives in the pace, spacing, and freedom of our offense," said Chambers. "She has an intense passion for the game that is contagious to everyone around her. Her impact will be immediate."
The Rishon LeZion, Israel, native averaged 6.9 points and 2.4 assists per game last season. She added 1.9 rebounds per game in 26 minutes of action per contest. Karsh added 33 made three pointers, ranking third on the team.
