Men's Basketball Will Play An Exhibition Game At Tennessee On Oct. 15

General public ticket sales will open Sept. 17 at 10 a.m.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier Musketeers men's basketball team will visit the University of Tennessee in an exhibition contest slated for Thursday, Oct. 15. The game time and possible TV or streaming for the matchup will be determined a later point.Â
The game will not be part of Tennessee's season ticket package. Tennessee season ticket holders, starting Aug. 20, will have the first opportunity to purchase their current seat locations. For Xavier fans planning to make the trip to Knoxville, the general public ticket sales will open Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. Upper-level pricing begins at $15 and lower-level pricing starts at $25.Â
The Tennessee game is one of three exhibitions game on the 2026-27 Xavier preseason men's basketball schedule. XU takes on Dayton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7 in an outdoor doubleheader, the CareSource Invitational at The Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio. XU hosts Kent State in an exhibition on Friday, Oct. 23, at Cintas Center as part of All for One Weekend. All for One Weekend unites Xavier University's Alumni Weekend and Family Weekend for the first time.Â
