2011 ... saw action in 14 matches as a senior, getting the starting nod twice ... recorded a season-best five kills twice once in a 3-0 win over La Salle and the other in a 3-1 loss at Cincinnati ... notched a season-high four assisted blocks in the match against the Bearcats.
2010 ... started 26 of her 29 matches during her junior season, playing 102 sets ... second on the team in total blocks, 98, which include 11 solo blocks and 87 assisted blocks ... posted a .262 hitting percentage, third-best on the team ... notched a career-high 15 kills at Duquesne on Sept. 24 ... recorded a career-high six assisted blocks twice during the season including vs. Rhode Island on Oct. 2 and at George Washington on Nov. 14.
2009 ... saw action in 26 sets over 16 matches in 2009, getting the starting nod twice ... posted a .237 hitting percentage, fifth-best on the team, and averaged 0.50 blocks per set ... tallied a season-high six kills on Sept. 19 versus Bowling Green and got under a season-high two digs twice ... also recorded two assisted blocks on four occasions.
2008 ... played in all but two matches during her freshman season as a Musketeer, seeing action in 86 sets ... was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team ... smashed out a career-high 10 kills and got under a career-high four digs Aug. 30 versus Toledo ... tallied a career-high five assisted blocks versus Drake on Sept. 12 ... finished the season with 116 kills and ranked third on the team with 51 total blocks.
High School ... a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Traut was a prep standout at Mt. Lebanon High School ... earned four varsity letters in volleyball playing under head coach Dawn Begor ... was a team captain her senior year and helped lead the team to the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Class AAA title and a quarterfinal appearance in the PIAA Class AAA state tournament in 2007 ... Traut was named to the First Team All-WPIAL her sophomore, junior and senior years and was selected as the girls volleyball Most Valuable Player by the McMurray (Pa.) Almanac ... was named to the Pennsylvania All-State squad in 2005, `06 and `07 ... she was a member of the National Honors Society, Student Council and Spanish Club ... played club ball for the Renaissance Volleyball Club.
