Earned his third BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll award as a junior on Feb. 1 after averaging 12.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in a pair of road wins at Providence (1-26) and DePaul (1-30), including a team-high-tying 15 points and a game-high 11 rebounds the win at Providence... Earned the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll award on Dec. 21 after scoring a season-high 18-point game on 7-of-9 shooting vs. Auburn on Dec. 19 ... Earned a spot on BIG EAST Honor Roll on Nov. 16 for his 16-point and 15-rebound game vs. Miami on Nov. 13.
Scored a career-high 21 points on 8-of-9 shooting from the field to go with six rebounds in the win over Georgia State on March 21 ... Had 17 double-figure scoring games ... Averaged 9.9 ppg. (fourth on the team), although he raised that to 12.0 ppg. for Xavier’s six postseason games ... Posted season highs for points (17), rebounds (an XU freshman record-tying 16) and minutes played (29) in his monster game at Madison Square Garden against St. John’s on Feb. 25, 2014 ... ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt picked Reynolds as the Star of the Night on Feb. 25 in the 3 stars segment on SportsCenter ... The 16 rebounds tied the freshman school record ... The only other XU freshmen that have grabbed 16 rebounds in a game are Derrick Brown (16 vs. BYU in an NCAA Tournament game on 3-15-07), Brian Grant (16 vs. Butler on 2-12-91) and Romain Sato (16 vs. Samford on 11-28-00).
