High School...two-year letterman at Indianapolis' Cathedral High School for head coach Rich Andriole...a First Team All-State selection in 2006 and also named the team MVP...helped the Irish to an overall record of 59-8 over his two seasons as a starter...in his senior season he helped Cathedral to the Indiana State Tournament semi-finals after helping the Irish to a regional crown in his junior season...finished his senior season with 31 stolen bases, a .487 batting average and 51 runs scored
