Made 33 appearances (26 starts) in his first season... hit .170 with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs... drew 10 walks and stole one base on his sole attempt... Of his 15 hits, five were of extra bases... had three multi-hit games (3/23, 4/14, 4/23).. Hit both home runs against Evansville for a season-high two RBIs (3/23)

• A talented middle infielder, Darcy hit .429 with 12 RBI as a junior.

• Named to prestigious Area Code Baseball showcase as member of the Northwest Kansas City Royals team. 65 2016 Area Code alumni were selected in the 2017 MLB Draft.
