A WINNER: His teams won 100 games in four seasons (25 wins per year), while making four NCAA Tournament appearances, including three Sweet 16s...also won three A-10 regular season titles in four years.
A LEADER: Team scoring leader at 17.5 ppg. (second in the A-10) ...scored 25 points, including 17 in the second half, in the win over Notre Dame on March 16 and 21 points, including 15 in the second half, in the win over Lehigh on March 18...finished his great career with 22 points in the Regional Semifinal against Baylor on March 23...scored 21.2 ppg. in the A-10 and NCAA Tournaments combined...his 22.7 ppg. scoring average in the 2012 NCAA Tournament was fourth among all players and first among players on teams that won at least one game...first on the team in assists at 4.9 apg. FREE THROW MARKSMAN: His career free throw percentage of 85.2 percent is a new school record, breaking the XU record previously held by Joe Geiger (.843 from 1961-64)...hit 86.2 percent from the free-throw line (second in the Atlantic 10) as a senior...broke the XU single game record for accuracy when he hit a perfect 17-of-17 from the free throw line at Richmond on Jan. 29, 2011...broke the XU single season records for free throws made (A-10 record 235) and attempted (270) as a junior...hit 675 career free throws, which broke the school record of 2003 National Player of the Year David West (662 from 1999-2003)...hit 27 straight free throws at one point as a freshman.
AS A JUNIOR: 2010-11 Third Team Associated Press All-American...also was named 2010-11 Third Team All-American by Sporting News, Basketball Times, SI.com, CBSSports.com and FOXSports.com among others...
2011 Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Year and member of the A-10 All-Defensive Team...second in the Atlantic 10 in scoring at 19.7 ppg. to go with 5.0 rpg. and 5.4 apg. (first in the Atlantic 10) and 1.4 spg., while ranking second in the A-10 in free throw percentage (87.0 percent)...had a career-high 33 points in the win at Richmond on Jan. 29...recorded two triple-doubles as a junior and was one rebound shy of a third...the only XU player on record with more than one career triple-double.
2009-10: Second on the team in scoring at 12.1 ppg., including 26 points versus Kansas State in the classic 2010 NCAA Tournament Regional Semifinal against Kansas State...star of the win over Cincinnati, scoring a season-high 26 points...22 double-figure scoring games.
