Fivos Kostis is in his second year with the Xavier men’s basketball team but his first as a graduate program assistant. Kostis graduated from Kapodistrian National University in Athens, Greece, in 2013 with a degree in sport science and graduated from Technical Educational Institute in Athens in 2005. Kostis, who was born in Edinburgh, UK, played professional basketball in Greece for eight seasons.

Kostis, who is currently pursuing his master’s degree in sport administration at Xavier, will assist the coaching staff in coordinating individual and team workouts as well as assisting in video operations, including film breakdown. He will also assist the coaches with other on-court and off-court activities.
