2021: Started in all 20 matches for the Musketeers, earning First Team All-BIG EAST honors and helping Xavier to the 2021 BIG EAST Regular Season Championship and the program’s first at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament…Tallied six points on three goals…Went 2-2 on PKs, tying for the best percentage in the nation…Scored the game-tying goal in the 1-1 draw against Bowling Green to help the Musketeers go undefeated in non-conference play…Scored on a PK in 3-0 win over Villanova…Scored the game-winner on a PK in 3-1 win over Marquette…Played over 1,600 minutes in the Xavier midfield, helping limit opposing teams to just 11 goals total, the fewest goals allowed in a season in program history…Helped the Musketeers to 10 shutouts on the season and 16 regular season wins, a program record…The 2021 Musketeers earned a program-best ranking in both the United Soccer Coaches Poll (No. 11) and the RPI (No. 7).

2020: (PLAYED IN SPRING 2021) Started in all nine matches in abbreviated season due to COVID-19...Led the Musketeers with four points on two goals for the season...Scored her first of the season, the game-winner, in 1-0 win at Creighton to open BIG EAST play...Also scored in 3-2 double overtime win at Creighton...Let the team in shots (33) and shots on goal (18) with a season-high eight in win at DePaul.

2019: Appeared in 19 matches in the midfield, starting in 18…Collected nine points on the season… Scored her first of the season in 5-0 win over Seton Hall… Notched the game-winner in 2-1 win at Marquette, scoring in the 7^th minute…Scored just out of halftime to put Musketeers up 1-0, in eventual 2-1 win at DePaul…Scored the game-winner in the second minute of the NCAA Tournament First Round game at Virginia Tech, scoring off a the rebound of a save to help Xavier to the program’s first NCAA Tournament win in program history…Earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team and BIG EAST All-Tournament Team… Totaled 1,293 minutes, helping Xavier secure the BIG EAST regular season and tournament championships, as well as the program’s first win NCAA win, collecting a school-record 17 wins in the process.

2018: Appeared in 19 matches as a freshman, starting in one...made first career start in 1-0 double overtime win at Bowling Green...totaled four points on two goals in her rookie season...Scored equalizer in 3-2 come-from behind win at Providence, off a header...Also scored in 3-0 win over Marquette...collected 20 shots, six on-frame.

PRIOR TO XAVIER: At Penn, McLaughlin totaled 24 goals and 15 assists…Was a two-time team captain in 2016 and 2017 for a back-to-back state championship squad…The 2017 Penn High School team finished 23-0-1 and participated in the Max Preps Tour of Champions, finishing as the top ranked team in the country…Also played with Crossfire Select in Seattle, Wa., and Indiana Fire club programs.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Sports Management…The daughter of Jim and Margaret McLaughlin... Jim played men's volleyball at UCSB and was a NCAA volleyball head coach for more than two decades, most recently as the head coach of Notre Dame women's volleyball and is the only coach to win a national championship in both men's and women's volleyball, winning a men's title in 1993 with Southern Cal and a women's title in 2005 with Washington…Margaret played soccer at Notre Dame…Has two sisters, Megan and Marit…Megan played collegiately for both The Citadel and Notre Dame's women's soccer teams.
