SENIOR (2015): Ran a season best 5K time at the National Catholic Championships on September 18, posting a time of 18:07.8... ran a season best 6K time at the BIG EAST Championships on Oct. 31, posting a time of 20:26.5, good for second best 6K time in school history... earned All-BIG EAST honors, placing 17th in the championship meet... helped the Musketeers place fourth at the BIG EAST Championships on Oct. 31 as XU posted its highest finish since joining the conference in 2013 - finishing behind Providence, Georgetown and Villanova who all entered the meet ranked in the top-30 nationally.

JUNIOR (2014): Posted season-high 5K time of 18:45 at the Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 3... ran a season-high 6K time of 23:36 at the BIG EAST Championship on Oct. 31.

SOPHOMORE (2013): Ran a season-high time of 17:48 and placed fifth at the Queen City Invitational 5K on Sept. 6... posted a season-high 6K time of 22:00 at the NCAA Championships, helping the team to a 10th place finish on Oct.6... BIG EAST All-Academic Team honoree.

FRESHMAN (2012): Posted a 5K season-high time of 18:32 at the National Catholic Championship on Sept. 14... ran a 6K time of 24:18 at the Pre-Nationals on Oct. 13.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year varsity cross country and track & field athlete for head coach Dan Bird at Saint Ursula Academy... named to the All-Star First Team four times in cross country... earned the Saint Ursula Cross Country Coach's Award in 2009 and 2010... given the Wilbur D. Scott Excellence in Running Award in 2010 and the OHSAA Archie Griffin Sportsmanship Award in 2012.
