Netta Floyd joined the women's basketball staff as director of basketball operations in May of 2014. She assists in the coordination of team travel, supervising student managers and oversees the day-to-day operations of the program.

The Massillon, Ohio, native was a three-year letterwinner at Bowling Green State University. She helped lead the Falcons to a 49-34 overall record and a trip to the WNIT during her time in the Orange and Brown. Floyd, the all-time leading scorer at Massillon Washington HS, played in 56 games at BGSU.
