Sarah Naas was named associate director of student-athlete academic support services in January of 2021. She was promoted to senior associate director, student-athlete academic support services and athletics eligibility in July of 2026.

Naas previously served as assistant director for athletic academic services at Louisiana Tech from 2018-20.

At Louisiana Tech, Naas worked as the academic advisor for the football program. She also supervised graduate assistants, interns, student workers and tutors within the academic services department.

Prior to Louisiana Tech, Naas worked at Western Kentucky from 2014-18 in the student-athlete success center. She served as an intern/tutoring coordinator from 2014-16 before serving as a graduate assistant in the department from 2016-17.

In 2017, Naas was promoted to a full-time position at Western Kentucky. She served as the athletic academic coordinator from 2017-18, primarily working with the following teams: women's basketball, women's tennis, softball and football.

The Barlow, Ky., native earned bachelor's degrees in sports management and public relations from Western Kentucky in 2016. She also holds a master's degree in recreation and sport administration from Western Kentucky and is currently pursing a doctor of education degree in educational leadership.
