Jacob Morrison joined Xavier's staff as Director of Goalkeeping prior to the 2021 season. Morrison is also currently coaching on the club level for both Cincinnati Sirens FC and Cincinnati United Premier, and has prior experience coaching on the collegiate and high school levels.

Morrison has been with the Sirens for three years and serves as the Sirens Academy Director and Head Coach of the OVPL U-23 squad. He is also currently the Director of Coaching U14-U19 at Cincinnati United Soccer Club (CUP).

Morrison also served as associate head coach at Miami Trace High School, an assistant coach at both Wilmington College and Cincinnati Christian University, as well as a volunteer assistant coach at Wright State University.

As a player, Morrison was a First Team All-Conference athlete at Ohio Christian University, helping the team to four-consecutive national tournament appearances. He also holds the school records for consecutive shutouts (11) and most shutouts in a season (14).

Morrison earned a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Christian University in May 2014, and a Master's of Sport Sciences and Recreation from Ohio University in 2020. Morrison holds a Premier Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches.
