Runners Finish High in the Order at All-Ohio Championship

Junior Kerry Hils (Moberly, Mo./University of Missouri) once against led Xavier, placing third overall with a time of 18:10. She finished six seconds behind the second place finisher.
Jennie Illig (O?Fallon, Ill./O?Fallon) placed 26th overall for Xavier with a time of 19:32. Sophomore Molly Krumplebeck (Cincinnati/Seton) ran a 19:43, good for 39th. Sophomore Patty Green (Indianapolis/Lawrence North) place 54th with a time of 20:03, and Jennifer Andrassy (Bay Village, Ohio/Magnificat) finished five seconds later for 63rd.
The women?s team tallied 185 points, putting Xavier just eight behind fourth place Ohio State.
The Xavier men were led by a pair of freshman. Patrick Rischmann (Cincinnati/La Salle) finished 40th in a time of 21:50, and classmate Drew La Master (Prospect, Ky./South Oldham) ran a 27:09, good for 46th.
Josh Masters (Sylvania, Ohio/Northview) ran a 28:04 for 95th and Matt Graham (Louiscille, Ky./St. Xavier) finished one second and two places behind. The men?s team placed 11th with 413 points, just two behind tenth place Case Western.
The Musketeer cross country team?s will be in Tiffin, Ohio in two weeks for their next meet in the Heidelberg Invitational.
