CINCINNATI - Just in time for the holiday shopping season comes a must-have for Xavier University's young basketball fans. Fan Fun Books LLC is releasing its first set of interactive children's activities and learning books targeted to up-and-coming fans.
These soft-bound books ($9.99) help connect teams with children ages 6 to 14 - teaching them about a program's history while entertaining them with coloring pages (of the Musketeer, Blue Blob and James Posey), word searches (of former Musketeers who went on to the NBA), mazes and other types of puzzles and games. A sticker page with multiple designs is included.
This is a unique product that gives parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles and siblings a chance to share the love of their favorite program with children close to them.
Topics covered include mascots, coaches, retired jerseys, record-setting players, all-time great wins, NCAA Tournament history, home courts, conference history, former players in the NBA and basketball basics. There are even autographs of coach Chris Mack and notable former players such as David West, James Posey, Byron Larkin, Ralph Lee and Derrick Brown.
A young XU fan is sure to have fun with this book, and learn about the team in the process.
