Men’s Golf Heads to Arkansas for Little Rock First Tee Classic

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Xavier men's golf team travels to Arkansas today for the Little Rock First Tee Classic. The two-day tournament will be played at Chenal Country Club, which will be playing 7,326 yards and par 72.
The fifteen-team field consists of the host team Little Rock, Abilene Christian, Arkansas State, Central Arkansas, Eastern Michigan, Lipscomb, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana Tech, Nebraska-Omaha, Oral Roberts, Southern Miss, Stephen F. Austin, Tennessee Martin, Tulsa, and Xavier.
First round begins Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. central time with a shotgun start and continuous play for 36 holes. The tournament format is stroke play.
Live scoring will be available through Golfstat.com.
Xavier is coming off a team win at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate in North Carolina over spring break.
