Musketeers looking to snap three-game losing streak in BIG EAST play
CINCINNATI - No. 22/19 Xavier looks to bounce back from a three-game losing streak at home on Sunday at 2 p.m. when the Musketeers welcome Georgetown to Cintas Center.
Sunday's game marks the third annual Military Appreciation Game, presented by GE Aviation and the Xavier University Student Veterans Center. Working towards a shared vision of creating a community that welcomes and embraces veterans, GE and Xavier have partnered to provide integrated opportunities for education, career development and personal growth to our armed service members returning from overseas.
With over 200 student veterans and a new state-of-the-art campus facility, Xavier is consistently ranked one of the top military friendly schools in the Midwest, and the events surrounding Sunday's game are a celebration of the veteran community at Xavier and throughout Cincinnati.

• Xavier, 13-5 overall and 3-3 in the BIG EAST, is shooting to snap a three-game losing streak that has included losses to three AP top 15 teams: at Villanova on Jan. 10, at Butler on Jan. 14 and vs. Creighton on Jan. 16.

• Xavier, 28-6 overall last season, made its 10th NCAA Tournament appearance in the last 11 years. XU is one of only nine schools that can say that.
