Xavier and FOX 19 Announce Hour-Long Preseason Special

Xavier men's basketball preview airs on October 17.
CINCINNATI --- Xavier University Athletics and FOX 19 are proud to announce an hour-long preseason special, Toyota Dealers Xavier Basketball Show: The Season Starts Here. The show airs this Tuesday night, Oct. 17, in prime time, 9-10 p.m., on FOX 19 and re-airs on FOX Sports Ohio at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20.
FOX 19 Sports Director Joe Danneman and anchor/reporter Jeremy Rauch host the Musketeer basketball preview show. Among the highlights are interviews with head coach Chris Mack and the star-studded senior class of Trevon Bluiett, J.P. Macura and Sean O'Mara in addition to the newest Musketeer, graduate student Kerem Kanter. Take a behind-the-scenes look at a basketball training session with strength coach Matt Jennings and take a tour of the Cintas Center with Director of Athletics Greg Christopher as FOX 19 highlights the many new features of the arena for student-athletes and fans. That and much more is on tap for this preseason look at the Xavier men's basketball program, which is coming off a trip to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight.
