CINCINNATI - Xavier women's basketball continues non-conference action on Monday, Dec. 4 against Wake Forest. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. from Cintas Center.
The Musketeers are 4-1 on the year, while the Demon Deacons are 3-5.

• The Demon Deacons snapped a four-game losing streak with a 53-51 win on Saturday against Elon. Amber Campbell hit a layup with two seconds left on the clock to seal the win.

• Senior tandem Anniina Äijänen and Jada Byrd combined for 32 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists on Nov. 29, leading the Musketeers to a 62-50 win over Fort Wayne. Xavier led from start to finish in the game and led by as many as 18 points in the second half.
• Anniina Äijänen matched her career-high in scoring with 13 points on 6-for-13 shooting. She also grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
• Jada Byrd leads the team in field-goal percentage (.564) - the third best mark in the BIG EAST - and in scoring (12.8). The senior guard entered the year averaging 2.1 points per game over her first three seasons.
• Jada Byrd scored a career-high 19 points on 8-for-11 shooting in the team's last outing against Fort Wayne. She added a career-high six assists to go along with four rebounds and two steals.
• A'riana Gray has averaged 7.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game this season. Gray's 6.8 rebounds per game leads all BIG EAST freshmen, while ranking ninth overall. She posted her first career double-double (10 points, 11 rebounds) at Minnesota on Nov. 22.
