UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Xavier men's golf team travels to Pennsylvania today for the 41st Rutherford Intercollegiate in University Park. The two-day event will take place at the Penn State Blue Course, which will be playing 7,202 yards and par 71.

The 13-team tournament field consists of the host team Penn State, Binghamton, Columbia, Eastern Michigan, Georgetown, Oakland, Ohio, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Towson, VCU, West Virginia, and Xavier.

Head coach Brian McCants is sending a senior and four underclassmen to compete at the event. Matt Wetterich will be in the number one position, followed by Daniel Jaramillo, Hunter Roberts, Eduardo Rivera Nicholls, and Ryan Podufal.

First round begins Saturday morning with tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m ET and continuous play for 36 holes.

There will be no live scoring for this event.
