"We're really excited to head back to the Penn Relays for the third year in a row. Due to injuries I had to make some last minute changes to both our men's and women's distance medley relay teams but I'm confident in each of the legs that we have competing. We also have a number of individuals competing in both distance and field events. The competition along with the expectations that come along with racing at the Penn Relays should push each of them as they chase NCAA standards."
