Men's Tennis Falls To Creighton In BIG EAST Championship Play

CAYCE, S.C. --- The Xavier University men's tennis team fell 4-1 to Creighton in the consolation bracket of the BIG EAST Championship at Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center.

Xavier played today's singles matches without seniors Matt Bishop and Jeremy Schneider, the team's No. 1 and No. 2 players, allowing some of the younger players to gain some BIG EAST Championship experience.

Sophomore Trent Smith won his match at No. 2 singles, 6-3, 6-4.
