The Musketeers wrap up BIG EAST Regular-Season Action on Saturday at Villanova

WASHINGTON - Xavier volleyball dropped a three-set match (13-25, 15-25, 20-25) at Georgetown on Friday night. The Musketeers moved to 10-18 (8-9 BIG EAST), while the Hoyas improved to 16-13 (9-8 BIG EAST).

NOTABLES

• Senior Laura Grossman posted a team-high eight kills and 13 digs. The outside hitter added three blocks.

• Sophomore Nadia Dieudonne dished out a team-high 17 assists to go along with five digs and one ace. Classmate Moriah Hopkins added five kills.

• Freshman Ryan Shannon chipped in seven digs, while senior Meredith Klare added five. Junior Madi Kutruff also had five digs.

• Both teams had seven total team blocks in the match. Sophomore Audrey Adams led the Musketeers with five block assists.
