MEN
"After taking last year off from racing at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, our men's team is really excited to be heading back. They've built some good confidence off their performance at the BIG EAST Championship and they're ready to tackle the 10K course at Terre Haute. Although I'm going to have them take a conservative approach during the first half of the race, our team goal is to be one of the top-20 teams, while having three individuals in the top-60."
WOMEN
"Since the BIG EAST Championship our women's team has been much more relaxed. Now that the pressure of that meet is behind them, they've been having more fun at practice and I think they're going into regionals with a great attitude. On our best day, we can be a top-10 team and our safety goal is to place in the top-15. Individually, we have two girls that will be shooting for the top-25 which would earn them All-Great Lakes Regional Honors and put them in contention for a spot at the NCAA Finals. I think both Jenna and Anna have the fitness to make it and we'll see on Friday if they have the desire and confidence."
