"Each year the Raleigh Relays signifies the true start for our outdoor track season. It's a fun trip with good weather and great competition that our athletes look forward to. Similar to the past years at the Raleigh Relays, our focus will be on running fast times rather than what place they finish. If you run fast here this weekend it opens up future opportunities during the season to travel to the most competitive meets. I know we have a great group that are traveling down for the meet and they're ready to run fast. I'm expecting to finish up on Saturday with at least one school record and a number of personal best marks."
"The biggest question every year when it comes to Oliver Nikoloff is the weather and how it will play a role in performances. It looks like this year the weather will be the best it's been in a long time, and we're all excited for the early season opportunity to see some good results. Oliver Nikoloff has always been a strong meet with some great competition, and I'm looking for our athletes to embrace the opportunity and put in a solid showing. This meet can serve as a big confidence booster heading into the rest of the outdoor season."
• The Musketeers return to action on Saturday, April 7 at the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational in Athens, Ohio.
