Women's Soccer Announces Additions for Roster, Support Staff

Isabella Langusch joins roster; Laurie Waters, Riley Head and Camryn Yacks added to support staff
CINCINNATI – Ahead of Xavier's season opener against Toledo, head coach Nate Lie finalized the 2018 roster, announcing the addition of Isabella Langusch to the roster and a trio of support staff in Laurie Waters, Riley Head and Camryn Yacks
Langusch is defender from Rochester, Mich., and a graduate of Stoney Creek High School. Langusch helped Stoney Creek collect over 40 wins in two seasons, winning the District Championship in 2015 and the OAA Red Division I Michigan State Championship in 2016. Langusch was named AA All League and All District in both seasons, and earned All Regional and All-State Honorable Mention in 2016.
Langusch also played club with Vardar ECNL from 2010 to 2018 and was named an ECNL Midwest Player to Watch in 2016-17 and 2017-18. She attended ECNL National Training Camp and was an ECNL Midwest PDP Participant in 2017.
Langusch plans on majoring in Economics and Computer Science at Xavier. She is the daughter of Todd and MaLisa Langusch, and has an older brother, Christopher, and a younger sister, Gabriella.
Additionally, Nate Lie added three members to his support staff. Laurie Waters joins the Musketeers in the role of Director of Operations, coming to Xavier from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.
Waters, a 2015 graduate of Hendrix and former member of the Hendrix team, joined head coach the women's soccer staff in September 2015 as an assistant.
During her time there, Hendrix broke the program record with 11 victories in 2016. In 2015, Waters helped Hendrix tie the school record with 10 victories.
Waters, from Rome, Ga., played in 66 career games as a midfielder. She made 34 starts and scored one goal with three assists and took 20 shots with eight on goal.
Waters graduated from Hendrix in 2015 with a degree in Allied Health.
Also joining the support staff is Riley Head, who joins Lie's staff as a manager. Head, a former member of Xavier's track and cross-country program, is entering her junior year at Xavier. Head is a double major in the Philosophy, Politics and the Public honors college, as well as Gender and Diversity Studies.
Head is a native of Louisville, Ky., and a 2016 graduate of duPont Manual High School where she competed in varsity swimming, cross country, and track and field. She is the daughter of Jarvis and Amanda Head.
Former Xavier women's soccer player Camryn Yacks also joins the support staff as a manager. Yacks is entering her sophomore year at Xavier, majoring in Exercise Science.
Yacks is a native of Highlands Ranch, Colo., and a 2017 graduate of Rock Canyon High School. She is the daughter of Chris and Audra Yacks. She has one sister, Lauren.
