KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Xavier women's golf concludes the fall portion of its schedule in the Palmetto Intercollegiate which begins on Sunday.

Andie Shukow led the Musketeers in their last tournament with a top-10 finish, her second of the season. She leads the team in average score at 74.11.

Mikayla Fitzpatrick is averagining 75.11 strokes per round through nine rounds this season. Fitzpatrick has one BIG EAST Golfer of the Week honor this season as well as one top-five finish.

Kayla Benge has shot 76.16 per round over two tournaments during the fall. She competed in the GolfWeek Conference Challenge and the Yale Intercollegiate so far this fall.

This is XU's final tournament of the fall portion of its schedule. The Musketeers have averaged 299.67 strokes per round (four player scores count per round) through the first three tournaments of the year. Xavier won its first tournament of the fall at the Redbird Invitational.

XU competed in the Palmetto Intercollegiate last October, where they finished with a team score of 911 (+47). The host, College of Charleston, is the defending tournament champions.

FORMAT

This is a 54-hole outing with 18 holes played each day.

The first and second rounds both will be split-tee starts from the first and 10th holes beginning at 8:00 a.m.

The final round is a shotgun start beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday

The Palmetto Intercollegiate brings in a 22-team field.
