Men's Golf Takes Talents Across Town for 2019 Bearcat Invitational

CINCINNATI - Xavier men's golf returns to the links at the 2019 Bearcat Invitational on Sept. 30 - Oct. 1 following a short break in its schedule.

The 2018 Bearcat Invitational was canceled due to inclement weather and was not rescheduled.

2. Trey Rath
3. Nick Frey
4. Imaad Qureshi
5. Brian Jennings II

This will be Pirro's second tournament while at Xavier. He shot 77-74-81 in his first tournament during the Badger Invitational at the beginning of September.

Sophomores Trey Rath and Nick Frey are prepared for their second tournaments of the season after they both competed in the Badger Invitational earlier in the month.

Imaad Qureshi led XU while in Madison at the Badger Invitational with a total score of 224 (+8).

Freshman Brian Jennings is set to make his debut for the Musketeers in the 2019 Bearcat Invitational.

Par: 71
Yardage: 7,150-yards

FORMAT

The Musketeers will play 54 holes over the two-day outing. The first day will be 36 continuous holes beginning with a shotgun start at 8:45 a.m. The final round will begin at 8:30 a.m. the following morning.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS

There are 13 team set to play in the Bearcat Invitational, including: Arkansas, Cincinnati, Illinois State, Kentucky, Lamar, Louisiana Tech, Louisville, Miami (Ohio), Middle Tennessee, Penn State, Southern Illinois, Wisconsin, and Xavier.
