Xavier has won the last two meetings in Newark.

CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 13-8 overall and 2-6 in the BIG EAST Conference, play two straight games and four of their next five games on the road. The rugged league road stretch starts on Saturday with an early tip in Newark, N.J. at 11 a.m. against the No. 10 Seton Hall University Pirates, 16-4 overall and 8-0 in the BIG EAST. Seton Hall brings a 10-game winning streak into Saturday's game, which will be broadcast on FOX National.

Xavier is looking to bounce back from a tough 84-82 double overtime setback against Marquette on Wednesday.

• Xavier plays four of its next five games on the road starting at No. 10 Seton Hall, the only undefeated team ijn BIG EAST play.
• Xavier's starting lineup includes two players from New Jersey, junior leading scorer Naji Marshall from Atlantic City and freshman Zach Freemantle from Teaneck.
• Xavier senior Tyrique Jones is second in the BIG EAST in overall rebounding (10.1 rpg.). Jones is first in the BIG EAST and fifth in the nation in offensive rebounding (4.1 rpg.). He is second in the BIG EAST and fifth in the nation in double-doubles (12) following his 13-point, 15-rebound game vs. Marquette on Wednesday.
• Xavier senior Quentin Goodin, who missed the previous two games, returned vs. Marquette to contribute 19 points on the strength of a career-high five 3-pointers. Goodin has 527 career assists, which is fourth on Xavier's all-time assist chart.
• Xavier junior Naji Marshall and senior Tyrique Jones are members of the Xavier 1,000 Point Club. Marshall is tied for 43rd on Xavier's all-time scoring list (1,088) and Jones is tied for 51st (1,043). Senior Quentin Goodin has 981 career points and junior Jason Carter is at 986, including 836 at Ohio.
• Xavier senior Tyrique Jones, who has grabbed 733 career rebounds, is now 14th on Xavier's all-time rebounding list.
• Xavier's Naji Marshall leads the team in scoring at 16.7 ppg. (third in the BIG EAST) and is second in assists at 3.6 apg. (ninth in the BIG EAST) and rebounding at 5.8 rpg. (12th in the BIG EAST).
