BIG EAST And Xavier Announce Remainder of Men’s Basketball Schedule

Musketeers open BIG EAST play on Sunday vs. Marquette
CINCINNATI - The BIG EAST Conference and Xavier University have announced the remainder of XU's men's basketball schedule from the end of December through early March with the exception of the dates for the postponed games at Providence, vs. Seton Hall and at DePaul. Tip-off times and television coverage are being determined and will be announced soon.
Due to expected challenges created by the pandemic, the BIG EAST and its institutions scheduled a concentrated group of 23 conference games from December 11-23 as a plan against possible scheduling challenges. As a result, the schedule for February is lighter than usual with room for possible re-scheduled games.
Xavier opens BIG EAST play on Sunday, Dec. 20 vs. Marquette at 2 p.m. on FS1. XU travels to Creighton on Wednesday, Dec. 23 for a 3 p.m. game on FS1.
