Men's Basketball Heads To Indianapolis For Wednesday Matchup Vs. No. 19 Butler

Musketeers have won three straight games.
CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 16-8 overall and 5-6 in the BIG EAST Conference, visit the No. 19 Butler University Bulldogs, 18-6 overall and 6-5 in the BIG EAST, on Wednesday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Xavier is shooting for its fourth straight win overall and its third straight road win.
Xavier, coming off a 64-58 win over Providence on Saturday, is playing Butler for the first time this season. Butler, the only BIG EAST team that XU has not played this season, and Xavier will meet again at Cintas Center on March 7.

• Xavier junior Naji Marshall is 36th on XU's all-time scoring list (1,123) and senior Tyrique Jones is tied for 44th (1,088). Junior Jason Carter reached 1,000 collegiate points (836 at Ohio) on Saturday and senior Quentin Goodin has 999 points.
