CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 16-8 overall and 5-6 in the BIG EAST Conference, visit the No. 19 Butler University Bulldogs, 18-6 overall and 6-5 in the BIG EAST, on Wednesday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Xavier is shooting for its fourth straight win overall and its third straight road win.

Xavier, coming off a 64-58 win over Providence on Saturday, is playing Butler for the first time this season. Butler, the only BIG EAST team that XU has not played this season, and Xavier will meet again at Cintas Center on March 7.

• Xavier junior Naji Marshall leads the team in scoring at 16.0 ppg. (seventh in the BIG EAST) and is second in assists at 3.6 apg. (ninth in the BIG EAST) and rebounding at 5.8 rpg. (12th in the BIG EAST).
• Xavier junior Naji Marshall is 36th on XU's all-time scoring list (1,123) and senior Tyrique Jones is tied for 44th (1,088). Junior Jason Carter reached 1,000 collegiate points (836 at Ohio) on Saturday and senior Quentin Goodin has 999 points.
• Xavier's Tyrique Jones leads the BIG EAST and is third in the nation in double-doubles with 16, including each of the last six games. Jones, who is averaging 13.5 ppg. and 11.2 rpg., is on target to be the first XU player to average a double-double for a season since 2003 National Player of the Year David West did it as senior.
• Xavier's Tyrique Jones leads the BIG EAST (eighth in the nation) in rebounding at 11.2 rpg. David West is the only XU player to average 11+ rpg. over the last 30 years. Jones leads the BIG EAST (third in the nation) in offensive rebounding at 4.4 rpg.
